Project Description

IF YOU REALLY KNEW ME

They say never judge a book by its cover, so I will open my book and share a few things. . .
If you really knew me, you would know that I am the youngest of seven children born in New York City and raised partially in Puerto Rico.
That I danced as a street performer in Kooza with Cirque Du Solei in San Francisco.
That I am an international make-up artist whose name has been published in books, magazines and I’ve appeared on national TV.
That I battled drug and alcohol addiction
and was homeless for nine months and was in jail for eleven hours.
If you really knew me, you would know that I am a spirit having a human experience.
That I supported my father in hospice until his last breath and I was strong. That I have studied in Costa Rica and have three scholarships under my belt and I’m still pursuing my education. That I have volunteered for many causes such as Children of the Night, Hearts for Haiti and Choices Santa Catalina Island. That I had the greatest grandparents that raised me and we had pigs and chickens, a gray African Parrott, beautiful fruit trees surrounding the house and I have wonderful memories of tropical life.

If you really knew me you would know that I helped a Holocaust survivor with shopping, bathing, planting flowers, cooking, sharing laughter and more. That I pick up litter and trash so I can hopefully leave the world a better place
If you really knew me you would know that I am a magical person, like a rare bird, spontaneous and spectacular that will pass this way only once.
If Only You Knew Me?
My Book Is Closed Now.
